Presenter: Dr. Charles Rubenstein, Pratt University

Charles Rubenstein is Professor of engineering and information science at the Pratt Institute graduate School of Information and Library Science in New York City. His Ph.D. in bioengineering with minors in EE/Systems Analysis is from the Polytechnic Institute of New York in Brooklyn. An IEEE Senior member, he has served on many IEEE Boards and Committees over the past 20 years.

Vice-Chair of the IEEE-USA PACE Committee, he was a member of the 2003 IEEE-USA Board of Directors, 2002-2003 Region 1 Area B Chair, is in his fifth year as an elected Vice President for Member Relations of the IEEE Engineering Management
